Situated in the dynamic heart of the Western District, within the eclectic Bohemian House, Studio Adjective has designed its second boutique café for noc coffee - an immersive 1,500 sq. ft. space where the art of coffee comes to life. This is not just a café; it’s a sensory journey that brings the coffee-making process into full view, from storage and roasting to brewing and serving.

The design flows seamlessly, where clean, natural tones of grey, white, and wood enhance the openness of the space, creating a simple yet captivating atmosphere. The distinct areas - roasting, dining, and storage - are elegantly separated by large, white metal-framed glass doors, drawing attention to the expertise of the baristas as they craft each cup.

A 7-meter-long coffee bar, with a sleek white stone countertop, stands as the focal point, allowing baristas to showcase their craft. A metallic mesh backdrop subtly echoes the style of the Gough Street shop, creating a visual connection between locations. The menu, framed in white metal, and the flow of design unite the café’s spaces, offering a cohesive and elevated coffee experience.

Coffee-themed way-finding pictograms unify the entire space. The floor lines lead the way to key areas such as the bean roasting zone, storage, cashier, and retail section. This deliberate design amplifies the sense of a warehouse environment, enhancing the overall experience with a seamless, intuitive flow.
