Studio Adjective has redefined NOC Coffee Co.’s second outlet in Hong Kong with a minimalist, sophisticated approach that effortlessly blends form with function. Nestled on the vibrant Gough Street in Central, an area rich with eclectic brands and local gems, this café stands in quiet contrast to its surroundings. A sleek glass façade showcases the heart of the space - the coffee bar - where the magic of brewing is placed center stage, offering a window into the art of the barista.

Inside, subtle wooden panels and pristine painted surfaces create an atmosphere of refined calm, while clean white metal accents and cement elements add an inviting warmth. The 7-meter-long coffee bar, crafted with a seamless Corian countertop and angled metal stripes, serves not only as a functional space but as the focal point where coffee-making skills are celebrated. The floor extends into a multi-tiered seating platform, providing customers with a choice of intimate seating arrangements, all with an open view of the performance at the bar. This design flows naturally into the main seating area, where communal tables and window-side bar stools invite relaxation and conversation.
