Tucked within the commercial complex Taikoo Place, KIN Foodhalls redefines the modern dining experience through Studio Adjective’s meticulous spatial design. Spanning 18,000 sq. ft., this dynamic food hall is composed of an interconnected landscape - seamlessly blending a ghost kitchen, beverage bar, show kitchens, dine-in spaces, takeaway points, and versatile seating arrangements. Every element is designed to offer visitors an immersive, multi-perspective dining experience while ensuring a fluid and efficient operational flow.

KIN’s architectural language is rooted in geometric precision, expressed through a rhythmic interplay of grid structures and a tactile, sustainable material palette. Sustainability is not an afterthought but a guiding principle—over 25% of the materials used, from flooring to bespoke furnishings, are either recycled or eco-conscious. Studio Adjective’s furniture design seamlessly weaves sustainability with craftsmanship, featuring table lampshades crafted from recycled Longjing tea leaves, dining surfaces composed of food residues from traditional Asian dishes, and benches made from repurposed circuit boards. Every piece tells a story, aligning harmoniously with KIN’s commitment to mindful, sustainable design.
